It has now been over a year since StreetVet launched it’s 10th city location in Peterborough! It is thanks to the work of the many veterinary professionals that have given up their free time to volunteer and help the street pets that currently live in the city.
Since the launch StreetVet has managed to help many street pets including Holly.
Holly had an infection in her uterus and needed an emergency spay at Pengelly and Mizen Vets! Many thanks to the nurses and vets there for their time and efforts!
Introducing the delightful Itchy! Itchy also suffered from an infection in her uterus and needed emergency surgery! This time Oundle Vets stepped up. Many thanks to everyone involved with Itchy!
Reggie and Snoopy have also received treatment from the Peterborough team. When the team first met Snoopy, he was showing signs of a flea allergy and this has been improved with the regular flea treatment provided by StreetVet.
Snoopy was in urgent need of a dental operation to resolve a tooth root abscess. This surgery was carried out at Pengelly and Mizen Vets. Thanks once again to the team that helped Reggie!
Finally, a big thank you to Vets4Pets for their fundraising efforts this year!
