Hi I’m Barbara and I have been part of the Reception team at Taverham Veterinary Hospital since 2016 - I have always loved all animals and enjoy meeting all the owners and their pets when they visit the practice. I am proud to be the StreetVet Admin Co-ordinator for Norwich and look forward to seeing how our new team develops and look forward to being part of a great team in making a difference on the streets of Norwich for the homeless and their dogs.
Hello, I am Hannah a Registered Veterinary Nurse and qualified pet bereavement advisor who works at Uplands Way Vets which is a mixed animal practice in Norfolk. I have recently graduated with a first class Veterinary nursing degree in 2019 and am a full time RVN and clinical coach. I organise a lot of the nurse consulting side of the practice and also run free bereavement craft sessions to support owners in need. I have always had a passion not only to help animals but to also always go the extra mile when supporting owners as without them we would not be blessed with such lovely companions! I feel very lucky to be part of StreetVet, and can’t wait to make a difference to many more owners’s lives!
Hi my name is Tasha and I have been in practice since 2002 and qualified in 2005. Since then I have completed further certificates in exotic species, feline behaviour in practice and emergency and critical care. I currently work as a night nurse and love the interesting cases we see. I’m really looking forward to helping StreetVet Norwich get up and running and meeting lots of new people. I’m especially looking forward to helping and supporting the animals and their owners.
Hi, my name is Kaline, I have worked with animals all my life mainly equines but more recently small animals. I have worked in practice for 13 years and recently qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. I work at a local Veterinary Hospital and thoroughly enjoy the many varied aspects of the job. Everything in my life seems to come in twos…two children, two dogs and two cats. I am thrilled to be a part of Street Vet Norwich and being able to make a difference to peoples lives.
Hi I’m Sarah, I’ve been a small animal RVN for 11 years now and currently in first opinion and referral practice. I’m super excited to be part of the Norwich Streetvet team and hope that together we can provide a great service for those people and pets out there that need our help.
My name is Claire and I qualified as a vet from the Royal Veterinary College in London. Throughout my first two years at university I volunteered with local homeless charities and soup kitchens and was completely humbled by the experience. This inspired me to help set up a branch of a veterinary charity for homeless pets in London run by vet students. On returning back to my Norfolk roots it quickly became clear there was a need for a similar venture in my hometown, so I have proudly coordinated the launch of StreetVet Norwich! We have assembled an incredibly dedicated team who I'm very excited to be working with, as well as obtained overwhelming support from local veterinary practices. It's an absolute privilege to have the opportunity to provide veterinary provisions to our local homeless pets, as well as give peace of mind and support to their owners.
