Laughs Galore at StreetVet Comedy Night
December 8, 2017
The vets and nurses were out in force to support the first Comedy Benefit Night in aid of StreetVet last month. Nearly Β£600 was raised atΒ the Cavendish Arms in StockwellΒ at the event compered by supporters Kate Roxburgh and Shay Kuehlmann.
The highlight of the night was a sharp set by Robin Ince of Radio 4βs Infinite Monkey Cage who topped a strong bill featuring US comedian Lewis Schaffer, the up and coming Grainne Maguire, a caustic set from Sarah Callaghan, Fringe favourite Nathan Cassidy, the manic Richard Todd and first-timer Steve Lewis.
Big thanks to Kate and Shay for organising the night, all who helped out and everyone who came along. A fantastic event!
